Taster Session

An introduction to mindfulness, and a great opportunity to ask questions.  Great for beginners, and compliments other mindfulness training.

Courses can be tailored to individual needs.  Throughout, I will introduce mindfulness themes and techniques that can be incorporated into daily life.
