All of the adult mindfulness courses I offer, can either be delivered one-to-one, or in a group setting.

Taster Session

A short session to provide you with background information, research and for you to give mindfulness a try, through guided mediation exercises.

It will provide you with an opportunity to meet, and connect, with like-minded people.

Taster sessions are also a forum for you to explore the opportunity of pursuing, the eight-week Mindfulness for Stress, or Mindfulness for Health course.

Breathworks – Mindfulness for Stress Course

8 weekly sessions – duration 2.5 hours per session

This course is for you, if you are ready to:

explore new ways of living

learn how to manage your stress, anxiety, worry or depression

reconnect with your mindfulness practice

undertake a professional development course, if you are working in a support, or healthcare environment

pursue mindfulness training, and view it as a pre-requisite to further accredited professional mindfulness training

Included in the course: “The Little Mindfulness Workbook by Gary Hennessey, and four CD’s of guided practices.

No prior knowledge, or experience is required on your part, only a commitment to turn up and a commitment to practice daily.

Breathworks – Mindfulness for Health Course

8 weekly sessions – duration 2.5 hours

This course is for you, if you are:

suffering from pain, illness and chronic health problems

wishing to reconnect with your mindfulness practice

seeking a professional development course if you are working in a support, or healthcare environment

interested in pursuing mindfulness training, and view it as a pre-requisite to further accredited professional mindfulness training

Included in the course: “Mindfulness for Health” by Vidyamala Burch and Danny Penman, and four CD’s of guided practice.

No prior knowledge, or experience is required on your part, only a commitment to turn up and a commitment to practice daily.
