Pronounced “dot be” its message to its students is to quite simply stop, breathe and be.

Adapted from the adult Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness -based Cognitive Therapy, it has been written by classroom teachers to be fun and engaging, to include everyone - even the most fuzzy, cynical and disruptive of student audiences.
