With first-hand experience of supporting young people in both Welsh and English medium classrooms, and intuitively displaying a deep personal empathy for the challenges learning can bring, I strive to present mindfulness in an informal, fun and interactive learning style.

I am an active member of “Mindful Schools Wales Group”, which supports commitment to the new curriculum in Wales, enhancing the health and wellbeing of children.
